The purpose of these Terms is to clearly explain the way we work and the standards and expectations both parties involved need to have with each other.
By accepting our quotation or by ordering product from us, you will be deemed to have agreed to the terms set out in the following points. We suggest that you read them carefully, and if you have any questions please ask before you order any product from us.

Where we source our products from have been carefully chosen, and we believe those suppliers provide quality ingredients which we know we can rely on and trust. This also enables us to source products which we feel are the best available on the market or the greatest value for money and obtain them at competitive rates, which we can then pass on to you.

TERMS OF TRADE
Delivery timelines can vary. We will try to get our orders dispatched within 10 working days from being placed. If you have specific deadlines, please let us know as soon as you can, and we will do our best to achieve those targets. However, in today’s world, there can be delays which can occur that are not of our making.
Please make sure you give us your correct address and delivery details as all goods once dispatched to that address will be at your risk. We pride ourselves in keeping our customers fully informed and updated on progress in the ordering and dispatching process.

TERMS OF TRADE
Where possible customers will be entitled to any manufacturer’s warranties for products sourced from third parties. We also provide all statutory warranties for the goods we provide to our customers under New Zealand law. However, any liabilities are limited to the cost of replacement of the products only.
We will not be held liable for losses suffered to third parties or any direct or indirect general, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the products provide to you. We can give no warranties if you do not follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

We will need to collect and hold personal information about you. We will need to obtain from you your contact details, delivery address, email address, and telephone number. In doing so, you agree that we may contact you using these methods. If your details change, please let us know. You have a right to access and correct this information under the Privacy Act 1993.

TERMS OF TRADE
Where the supply of our products is for business purposes, the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply. If you obtain products from us, we can give no warranty they are suitable for the purpose for which you propose to use them, as we have no control over how that product may ultimately be used, stored, or applied.
If you have a genuine dispute in relation to the amounts we have charged you or the products we have supplied you must notify us immediately and give us full details of the reason for the dispute. We will investigate the issue, but you must agree to comply with our good faith decision which will be final. You agree to be bound by New Zealand Law.
